Councillor Mick Fairless stands down as Parish Council Chairman after 8 years

Councillor Terina Riches was elected as the new Chairman and immediately thanked Mick for his many achievements and ongoing service to the Parish.

Mick thanked the new Chairman for her kind words and wished her well in her new position.  “I feel it is time for a change and believe that Terina will be an excellent Chairman.”

Mick will be remaining as a Woolaston parish councillor.   His knowledge and advice will continue to be invaluable.

Councillor Mary Greenslade was elected as Vice Chairman.

The Parish Council is here to serve all in the community and would encourage everyone to visit the website.   The public are always welcome to attend their monthly meetings which are usually held on the 2nd Thursday of every month (except August and January) at 8pm in Woolaston Memorial Hall.
